Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000 and Rs 200 below that, anywhere in Pakistan. Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are usually 2–3 working days, elsewhere 3–5.

Do you install, or only supply the equipment?

Both. You can buy a single part over the counter, order online, or have our own team survey the site and quote supply and installation together — CCTV, access control, alarms, gate barriers and smart home.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We sell original branded stock. Where something is a budget alternative rather than the brand-name part, we say so rather than letting the box do the talking.

What warranty do I get?

Two years replacement warranty on cameras and one year on everything else. Void if the item is burnt or physically damaged. Claim it at either shop, or send it back and we handle the manufacturer for you. An invoice is included with every order.

Can I see the product before I buy it?

Yes. We have two walk-in counters — Saddar in Karachi and Garhi Shahu in Lahore — open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:30 pm. Bring the old part with you and we will match it.

Do you sell wholesale as well as retail?

Yes. Installers, electricians, shops and businesses buying in bulk get proper trade pricing. Send us a parts list with quantities and it comes back costed, usually the same day.
