ZZ Marts, the trading name of Zam Zam Traders, ships across Pakistan from our Karachi and Lahore stores.

Delivery at a glance

Free delivery on orders of Rs 5,000 and over.
Rs 200 flat rate on orders under Rs 5,000.
Dispatch is usually the same or next working day.
Cash on delivery is available nationwide.

Delivery charges

One simple rate applies anywhere in Pakistan. Orders of Rs 5,000 and over ship free. Orders below that are charged a flat Rs 200, shown at checkout before you pay.

Heavy or oversized items such as gate barriers, turnstiles, floor stands and server racks may carry an additional freight charge. If that applies to your order we will contact you with the cost before dispatching, and you can cancel for a full refund if you would rather not proceed.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed before closing on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on Sunday, or on a public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Karachi and Lahore: typically 1 to 2 working days.
Other major cities: typically 2 to 4 working days.
Smaller towns and remote areas: typically 3 to 6 working days.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and public holidays can extend them.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and a tracking number once it has been handed to the courier. If you have not received tracking within two working days of ordering, contact us and we will check.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most orders across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers often cannot give change.

We may ask for confirmation by phone or WhatsApp before dispatching a high-value cash-on-delivery order. Repeatedly refused cash-on-delivery parcels may result in the option being withdrawn for future orders.

Checking your delivery

Inspect the parcel before signing where the courier allows it. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening.

Report any damage, missing items or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will put it right at our cost. See the refund policy for how that works.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. Couriers in Pakistan rely heavily on a working phone number to complete delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because the courier could not reach you, we can resend it once you cover the new delivery charge.

Collection in store

You are welcome to collect an order from either shop instead of having it delivered. Tell us when you order and we will hold it at the counter. Bring your order number.

International shipping

We ship within Pakistan as standard. For enquiries about shipping outside Pakistan, contact us before ordering and we will quote separately. Any duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
