These terms apply to your use of this website and to goods bought from ZZ Marts, the trading name of Zam Zam Traders. By placing an order you accept them.

About us

Zam Zam Traders, trading as ZZ Marts, is a security-electronics retailer and installer established in 2005, with stores in Karachi and Lahore and delivery across Pakistan.

Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if:

The item is out of stock.
The price or description was listed in error.
We cannot verify the delivery address or contact details.
We suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately as set out in the shipping policy.

Prices for imported electronics can move with exchange rates and supply. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed for dispatch.

If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications. Photographs are for illustration. Packaging, colour and minor design details can change between production batches without notice.

Specifications such as detection range, load rating, holding force and IP rating are the manufacturer's figures, measured under their test conditions. Real-world performance depends on your installation.

If a specification matters to your project, confirm it with us before ordering.

Fitness for purpose

Security equipment must be specified for the site it is protecting. We are happy to advise, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong product than sell it to you.

Where you select a product yourself without asking for advice, you are responsible for confirming it suits your intended use, wiring, power supply and environment.

Installation work

Installation is quoted separately from the goods and is governed by the terms of that quotation, not by these terms.

Returns, refunds and warranty

See our refund policy. Warranty on goods is provided by the manufacturer, and terms vary by brand and model.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to submit false or misleading information.

You are responsible for using any product you buy lawfully. Surveillance and access-control equipment must be used in line with Pakistani law and with the privacy rights of other people.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, guides, layout and photography we have produced, belongs to Zam Zam Traders. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Brand names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from a security system failing to prevent an incident. Security equipment reduces risk. No equipment eliminates it.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party services

Products we sell may rely on third-party apps and cloud services, such as the Tuya or Smart Life platforms. Those services are operated by their providers under their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
