Zam Zam Traders and ZZ Marts: one business, two names
Zam Zam Traders has been supplying security and electronics equipment in Pakistan since 2005. Over those two decades the business grew from a single counter in Karachi into two retail stores and a nationwide online catalogue, and ZZ Marts became the name customers recognised on the shop front and later on the website.
Both names remain in use. Contractors and long-standing trade customers often still say Zam Zam Traders. Retail customers and anyone finding us online usually know us as ZZ Marts. Invoices, warranties, and correspondence may carry either. If you have dealt with one and are wondering whether the other is the same firm, it is.
What we actually sell
We stock security and electrical hardware for homes, shops, offices, factories, schools, clinics, and warehouses across Pakistan. The catalogue runs to around three hundred products, and the main areas are:
CCTV and surveillance. Cameras, DVRs and NVRs, IP and WiFi cameras, wired systems, racks and cabinets, and the cabling and accessories that complete an installation.
Access control and electronic locks. RFID keypads and card readers, biometric fingerprint units, magnetic locks from 180kg to 380kg, electric drop bolt locks, mounting brackets for framed and frameless glass doors, exit buttons including touchless infrared units, and emergency break glass releases.
Fire and burglar alarms. Conventional zoned fire panels with detectors, call points and sounders, wireless and GSM burglar alarm systems, door and window contacts, PIR motion detectors, perimeter beam sensors, shock sensors, and sirens.
Smart home and Tuya devices. WiFi touch switches, smart breakers with energy metering, smart plugs, temperature and humidity sensors, door sensors, and PIR sensors, all working with the Smart Life and Tuya apps.
Mounts, turnstiles and components. TV and monitor wall mounts, gas spring monitor arms, ceiling and floor stands, turnstiles and walk-through gates, handheld metal detectors, push button switches, connectors, and fuses.
Two stores you can walk into
We are not an online-only operation. Both branches are working retail counters where you can see products, ask questions, and take goods away the same day.

Both stores open Monday to Saturday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm, with Friday opening at 2:00pm after the Jummah break. Closed Sundays. Each branch has its own phone number, so use the one for the store nearest you.
How we prefer to sell
Security hardware is a category where the wrong part is worse than no part. A magnetic lock without the right bracket cannot be fitted. A smart switch without a neutral wire at the board will not work. A fire alarm panel sized for the wrong number of zones tells you very little when it matters.
So we would rather have a two-minute conversation before you order than process a return afterwards. Send a photograph of your door, your switch board, your gate motor, or your premises on WhatsApp, tell us what you are trying to achieve, and we will tell you what the job actually needs. If that turns out to be a cheaper item than the one you were looking at, we will say so. If it needs something you had not budgeted for, we will say that too.
Who we work with
Security installers and electrical contractors working across Karachi and Lahore. Factory and warehouse managers in SITE, Korangi, Landhi and the Lahore industrial areas. Trade customers and installers are welcome at both counters, and we quote bulk quantities for projects. If you are running a job and need a complete matched kit, lock, controller, exit button, power supply and brackets together, tell us the door and we will assemble it so nothing is missing on installation day.
Delivery across Pakistan
If you cannot reach Saddar or Garhi Shahu, we deliver nationwide. Order through the website or message either branch directly on WhatsApp and we will arrange dispatch. Customers order from Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad and smaller towns regularly.
Common questions
Is ZZ Marts the same as Zam Zam Traders? Yes. Zam Zam Traders is the company, established 2005. ZZ Marts is the trading name used on our stores and website.
Do you have a physical shop or is this online only? Two physical stores, one in Karachi Saddar and one in Lahore Garhi Shahu. You are welcome to visit either.

Can you advise before I buy? Yes, and we would prefer to. Send a photograph on WhatsApp and we will confirm what fits before you order.
