  1. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in applicable local currency and exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise. ZZ MARTS reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  1. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract. ZZ MARTS reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Customer-requested cancellations are only accepted before dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. ZZ MARTS shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of delivery. Any damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Warranty

Any warranty provided is solely offered by the manufacturer. ZZ MARTS does not provide independent warranties and is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

ZZ MARTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and text are the intellectual property of ZZ MARTS and may not be copied or used without written permission.

  1. Fraud & Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, false claims, or abuse of services may result in order cancellation, account termination, and legal action.
