RETURN, REFUND & RESTOCKING POLICY

This policy governs all return, refund, and exchange requests.

  1. General Policy

All returns are subject to approval by ZZ MARTS after inspection. Electronic products are sensitive items and are not eligible for return once used, installed, activated, or tampered with.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Electronic items that have been used, installed, powered on, configured, or paired with any device are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Products with damaged packaging, missing accessories, broken seals, or altered serial numbers are also non-returnable.

  1. Change of Mind Returns

Returns due to change of mind are accepted only if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in original resalable condition.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price. This fee covers inspection, handling, testing, and administrative costs.

  1. Delivery & Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.

For approved returns, customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs. ZZ MARTS does not pay, reimburse, or adjust return courier charges.

Returns sent with unpaid or cash-on-delivery shipping will be refused.

  1. Inspection Process

All returned products undergo a technical and physical inspection. If the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

  1. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after inspection approval. Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days, excluding delivery charges and restocking fees.

Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or store credit at the discretion of ZZ MARTS.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Products

Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Failure to report within this period will be considered acceptance of the product.

ZZ MARTS reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund defective products as deemed appropriate.

  1. Final Authority

ZZ MARTS retains full authority to approve or reject any return request. All decisions regarding returns, refunds, and restocking are final and binding.
